Collect sending domain, optional tracking domain, sending provider, inbox provider, planned volume, lookup mode, pasted DNS records, and manual checklist items.

Step 2

Normalize domains and block invalid inputs such as full email addresses, protocols, spaces, or mismatched root domains that need confirmation.

Step 3

Run automatic DNS lookups for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, TXT, and tracking-domain CNAME records when lookup mode allows it.
